How to Save Database Articles to Your Google Drive
Did you know that you can save full text articles with citations directly from the Gale databases into your student Google Drive account?

Here's what you do:
- Sign into your student Google account (it's easier if you do this first).
- Click "Download" from the Tools menu and choose "Save to Google Drive."
- You will receive confirmation that the document was saved (or you will be prompted to log in if you haven't already). First time users will have to allow Gale to access your Google Drive.
- When you open your Google Drive, you will see a new folder with the database name. The saved article will be inside that folder.
Annotating Articles
You can also annotate articles by highlighting and taking notes before saving to your Google Drive. All of your highlighting and notes will be saved with the full text of the article and the citation.
